It is preferred that guests search for and book rooms online via our booking page. However, we also accept reservation requests by phone, at (931) 312-0856, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All reservations are subject to availability and it is recommended that guests book in advance, especially during local events. For short-term rentals of the home, please book well in advance.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, as well as your contact information. The remaining balance, as well as any additional good and/or services purchased, can be paid at check-out via the payment option of your choice. We accept virtually all forms of payment, including PayPal and Venmo.
All quoted rates do not include a 9.75% state and local tax.
Check-in is between 2PM-6PM. Check-out is no later than 11AM. Please notify us in the case that these timeframes cannot be met.
For non-special events, a full refund will be given to guests who cancel a week or more before their check-in date. If guests cancel within a week to 48 hours before their check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be subject to a full charge.
For special events (see list below), cancellations will be accepted up to one month before the booking date, and a full refund of the deposit will be issued. Any cancellations made within a month of a booking date that is during a special event will void a refund of the deposit.

All reservation changes made within the cancellation period (one week normally, one month for special events) will void any refund the deposit. All reservation changes made outside of our cancellation periods will allow us to give you a full refund, less a $20 administrative fee.
All non-arrivals and no-shows will be subject to a full charge for the room booked with the credit card on file.
No smoking inside of the Inn. Guests are able to smoke outside on the patio or porches as long as they are not disturbing other guests.
Damage to Inn Property
We reserve the right to recover costs from any guest in the event of deliberate and intentional damage to Inn property.
The Walker Inn places high priority on the security of guests and their property (we have outdoor security cameras installed). However, all valuables are the full responsibility of the individual guest. Management is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables during guests’ stay at the Inn, or damage or loss of contents to any auto that is parked at the Inn.
