Welcome to the Walker Inn Bed & Breakfast, located in the Historic District of the beautiful village of Bell Buckle, Tennessee. In this 1890’s Eastlake Victorian home, experience an era past, yet enjoy a modern feel and homecooked breakfast, as well as the relaxation, warmth and hospitality that is all too often lost in our fast-paced world. Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway or simply want to experience the area, you will find what you are looking for at the Walker Inn Bed & Breakfast. In addition to being located next door to The Webb School, just a short stroll brings you to the downtown area of Bell Buckle, where you will find charming antique shops, crafts by local artisans and delicious meals.
The home was originally built in 1895 by a Dr. John White, one of three doctors living in the town at the time. The home was passed on to his children and was kept in the family for many years, until sold to another family in 1957. Since then it has changed ownership multiple times, the current owners being the sixth, and has operated off and on as a bed & breakfast for the past several years. Previously called the Arrowlet, the bed & breakfast was bought in the summer of 2015 by the local Walker family, hence the name of the Inn.
This is a family-run bed and breakfast managed primarily by a mother and her sons, where we enjoy showing all the interesting travelers that come through this special part of Middle Tennessee that we call home. We are very relaxed, down-to-Earth people, which reflects in our management style, and we are experts at Southern food and hospitality. We look forward to your stay!
